Welcome to Ignition Poker. By accessing or using our website located at en-ignitionpoker.com and its related services, software, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our poker software, or otherwise participating in any games offered by Ignition Poker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Service, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online poker and casino gaming are not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.
  • You must register for an account providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are restricted to opening only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and device.

Ignition Poker reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Use of the Service

Your use of the Ignition Poker software and platform is subject to strict guidelines to ensure fair play and integrity:

  • Prohibited Software: The use of artificial intelligence, bots, HUDs (Heads Up Displays) that violate our specific software policies, or any automated tools designed to provide an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
  • Collusion and Chip Dumping: Players found coordinating with other players (colluding) or intentionally losing chips to another player (chip dumping) will face immediate lifetime bans and forfeiture of funds.
  • Recreational Player Model: Ignition Poker employs anonymous tables and restricts certain tracking tools to protect recreational players. Any attempt to circumvent these protections is a violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

You may deposit funds into your account using the methods available in our cashier section, including cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and credit cards. By depositing, you guarantee that the funds are legally obtained and that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

Withdrawals are subject to processing times, security reviews, and potential withdrawal fees depending on the method chosen. Crypto withdrawals are generally processed with higher priority. Ignition Poker is not a financial institution, and balances do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, we offer bonuses, freerolls, and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific rollover (wagering) requirements before funds can be withdrawn. If you attempt to withdraw funds before fulfilling these requirements, your bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Ignition Poker reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ignition Poker website, including the software, text, graphics, logos, and audio, is the property of Ignition Poker or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for playing our games.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ignition Poker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure against cyber threats. Under no circumstances shall Ignition Poker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including hardware failure, internet connection drops during a hand, or loss of profits.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through an on-site notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
